What is not included, stated plainly

• Nothing recurring. This is a one-time charge. Year two needs a registered agent ($99/year) and your state's annual report, and we will email you before either is due rather than charging you quietly.
• No nominee officers or nominee managers. Some services advertise these. We do not offer them.
• No BOI filing fee. Under the 2025 FinCEN rule, domestic US LLCs are exempt from beneficial ownership reporting. We will not charge you for a filing you do not need.

We email you a short intake form for your business name and member details, then file. Most states confirm within 15 business days; several offer same-day expedited processing.
