Honest notes
- Your state's filing fee is separate, passed through at cost.
- We cannot guarantee a bank account. We introduce you; the bank decides. Any service promising guaranteed US banking for a non-resident is overstating what it controls.
- An EIN without an SSN takes weeks, not minutes. Anyone quoting you same-day is either doing it wrong or does not mean a real EIN.
- A US LLC does not by itself make you US tax resident, and it does not remove your obligations at home. Talk to a tax advisor in your country. We will not pretend to be one.
