LLC formation & registered agent
Form your LLC without wondering what it really costs.
One payment. Our fee plus your state's filing fee, itemised before you pay. No upsell wall, no renewal that quietly triples, and no account to create before you can see a price.
Start your LLC → Not sure which state?
Wyoming works out to $259 today — $159 to us, $100 to the state. Every state's exact total is on the product page.
The price is the whole price
Most formation services advertise a low number and make their money on the renewal. We publish both, next to each other, because the renewal is where the real cost of an LLC lives.
We make nothing on the state's filing fee. It is passed through at exactly what the state charges, and it is shown on its own line.
Four steps, and we ask for the paperwork last
Filling in member addresses before you have decided to buy is why most formation funnels lose people. We take payment first, then collect what the state actually needs.
Pick your state
The price updates to the exact all-in total for that state. Unsure? Usually the answer is the state you already live in — we explain why.
Pay once
No account, no password, no upsell sequence. One charge, itemised.
Tell us the details
A short form after checkout: business name, members, registered agent. The only form you will fill in.
We file
Articles of Organization submitted, operating agreement generated, agent set up. Most states confirm in about 15 business days.
What we will not do
A list like this is unusual on a storefront. It is here because every item is something a competitor will sell you, and we would rather lose the sale than be the reason you paid for it.
Not offered, at any price
- No nominee officers or managers. Some services advertise these as privacy. We do not provide them.
- No BOI filing fee. Domestic US LLCs are exempt under the 2025 FinCEN rule. We will not charge for a filing you do not need.
- No silent renewals. Every recurring charge requires you to tick a box that starts unticked, naming the amount and the date.
- No promises of anonymity. A privacy address keeps your home address off a public filing. It does not make you untraceable, and anyone saying otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver.
- No legal advice. We prepare and file documents. If your situation needs a lawyer, we will tell you so.
