Before you write
Two pages answer most questions faster than we can:

About an existing order
Reply to your order confirmation email. It threads to your file, so we can see your state, your filing status and your documents without asking you to repeat yourself.
Service of process and legal notices
If you are attempting to serve process on a company for which Sedes is the registered agent, do not use this page. Service must go to the registered agent address on that company's state filing, which is a physical address in its state of formation. Email is not valid service.
What we cannot help with
- Legal advice. We are not a law firm. We can explain what a form asks for; we cannot tell you what to do about a dispute.
- Tax advice or filing. We file formation documents and annual reports, not tax returns.
- Expediting a state. Once a filing is with the Secretary of State, their queue is their queue. Where expedited processing exists we tell you the cost at the outset.
