State filing fees
Set by the state, not by us, and they range from $40 in Kentucky to $500 in Massachusetts. We charge exactly what the state charges and make nothing on it. The product page shows your state's fee in the variant name so you can see the split before you add to cart.
What is not on this page, because we do not charge for it
- BOI reporting. Domestic US LLCs are exempt under the 2025 FinCEN rule. Some competitors still bill for it.
- Operating agreement. Included at every tier.
- Name availability search. Included.
- Expedited processing. Available where the state offers it, at the state's own cost, with no markup.
- Nominee officers or managers. We do not offer them at any price.
Why we publish renewal prices
The standard pattern in this industry is a cheap or free first year followed by a renewal at $125 to $299 that arrives on a card you forgot was on file. Our renewal price is $99 and it is on this page because you should be able to compare the real number, not the teaser.
