Autopilot — Multi-Entity Compliance
Stop being the system. Every deadline for every company you own, handled, with one renewal date and one invoice — and if we miss one, we pay for it, not you.
You own a handful of companies and track their deadlines in your head or a spreadsheet.
For 2–5 companies. $3,500 per year, billed annually.
What's included
- Registered agent for every entity, in every state it's registered in
- Every annual and biennial report filed, on time, without asking you
- Franchise and margin tax deadlines tracked (Delaware, Texas, California and the rest)
- Service of process received and escalated to you the same day
- One calendar showing every obligation across every entity and state
- If we miss a filing, we pay the penalty and the reinstatement cost
What counts as a registration
One registration is one company, in one state, for one year. A company registered only in its home state is one registration. A company registered in its home state and doing business in two others is three — because each state requires its own registered agent and its own annual report.
This plan includes 15 registrations. We tell you where you stand before you hit it, never after.
If you grow mid-year
- An additional company: $500/year
- Registering an existing company in another state: $300/year
Already have companies elsewhere? Moving them to us costs nothing in service fees — only the state's own filing fee. Our agreement with Northwest sets the change-of-agent fee at $0, so switching a twenty-company portfolio is not the project you are expecting.
What's not included
- State and government fees — passed through at exactly what the state charges
- Tax preparation and filing of returns
- General business mail forwarding (available separately)
About state fees
Government and state filing fees are not included and are passed through at exactly what the state charges — we add nothing to them. They are the state's money, not our revenue, and they appear on their own line.
Who is named as your registered agent
We provide and manage your registered agent service in all 50 states and DC. Northwest Registered Agent is the agent of record named on your state filings, and their correspondence reaches you under their name.
We say this upfront because it is on your state filing either way, and finding out later is not how we want you to learn it.
How billing works
One payment, once a year, for the year ahead. Nothing renews automatically — we email you before your renewal date and you decide. No card on file quietly charging you a different price twelve months from now.
